What PoolBoss is
PoolBoss is pool service management software for independent pool service companies. It helps owner-operators and small teams manage routes, log chemical readings, send service reports to customers, and collect payments, from a mobile app that works on any phone and a web dashboard that runs in any browser.
Why we built it
Built around the actual job
Most pool companies run on a whiteboard, a spreadsheet, and a phone full of texts. The software that promised to fix that either charges per pool, so the bill climbs every time you grow, or it's a generic field-service app that never learned what water chemistry is.
PoolBoss starts from the work a tech does every day: drive the route, test the water, log what went in, prove it to the customer, get paid. The product is built around that loop, and the pricing is built so growing your route doesn't punish you for it.
So we made two decisions and held to them. Charge a flat rate by pool count, never per seat or per pool. And put every feature on every plan, including the free one, so the tool a solo operator starts with is the same tool a multi-truck operation runs on.
